Job summary

Lia Honda Kingston is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. You will oversee the drive lane flow, ensure prompt service, and communicate repair recommendations to customers.

You will provide concierge support for owner inquiries, both in person and by phone, and manage technician scheduling to maximize daily service capacity. This role emphasizes excellent communication and a positive, client-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic computer skills
• Positive, friendly attitude with a customer service focus
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have a clean and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane and ensure customers receive prompt, courteous service
• Take ownership of the customer experience by communicating repair information from the technician to the customer
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone
• Ensure daily technicians’ time is sold to service customers
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently
