L0820 Atlantic Coast Honda in Jacksonville, FL is hiring Automotive Service Advisors to join a high-performing service team. This onsite role requires open availability, including Saturdays, and reports to the Service Manager.

You will promote communication between customers and technicians, prepare estimates, manage repair orders, verify warranty coverage, and keep customers informed on timelines and costs.

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor experience.
• Automotive technician background is preferred.
• Strong focus on delivering high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Promote communication between customers and technicians.
• Identify vehicle concerns and recommend services.
• Prepare accurate estimates for parts, labor, and repairs.
• Write and manage repair orders (ROs) from start to finish.
• Communicate additional service needs based on inspections.
• Verify and process warranty and service contract coverage.
• Keep customers informed on timelines, costs, and service updates.
