You will collaborate with technicians, upsell appropriate services, and maintain accurate repair orders, timelines, and costs, contributing to high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Familiarity with upselling techniques and value-based service recommendations.
• Experience collaborating with technicians to ensure efficient workflow from intake to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, listen actively, and accurately assess their service needs.
• Provide clear explanations of recommended and required maintenance, repairs, and tire services.
• Identify and communicate additional services based on vehicle condition, mileage, and manufacturer requirements.
• Create and transmit repair orders to technicians, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain consistent updates regarding repair status, timelines, and costs.
• Process payments accurately while following dealership cash-handling procedures.
• Achieve and maintain customer satisfaction scores above the national average.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and customer-ready service environment.
