Responsibilities include scheduling, vehicle walkarounds, documenting concerns, creating repair orders, and offering maintenance recommendations. A Saturday shift is required to support weekend service demand and keep customers satisfied.

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing sales experience is required.
• Automotive Service Advisor experience is a big plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid in-state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments for an efficient customer experience.
• Greet customers, perform vehicle walkarounds, and document concerns and service needs.
• Create detailed repair orders with cost and time estimates.
• Recommend maintenance and additional services based on vehicle condition and mileage.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to prioritize work and ensure timely completion.
• Provide updates to customers on repair status, timelines, and changes in scope or cost.
• Deliver vehicles upon completion and review work performed with customers.
• Maintain product and warranty knowledge to guide service recommendations.
• Build long-term customer relationships to drive retention.
