You will collaborate with technicians, upsell appropriate services, and maintain accurate repair orders, timelines, and costs, contributing to high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Familiarity with upselling techniques and value-based service recommendations.
• Experience collaborating with technicians to ensure efficient workflow from intake to delivery.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and positive service experience. Your ability to communicate clearly, build trust, and manage service flow will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and long‑term loyalty.

• Identify and communicate additional services based on vehicle condition, mileage, condition, and manufacturer requirements

• Process payments accurately while following dealership cash‑handling procedures.
