Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; technical field preferred.
5+ years of sales or relevant experience in automotive with a strong results record.
Strong skills in value selling and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency with CRM and business software; willingness to travel 50%+.

Responsibilities

Execute sales plan aligned with business strategy to deliver growth and profitability.
Manage territory to achieve high customer satisfaction and address concerns.
Assess customer needs, market trends and competition to identify opportunities.
Develop solutions, close projects and grow a sustainable pipeline.
Execute pricing actions and build strong customer relationships.
