Job summary

Henkel Adhesive Technologies is hiring for a full-time sales role in the United States (multiple locations). You will execute the sales plan, manage a territory, and build a robust pipeline while collaborating with technical teams for trials and cost-saving opportunities.

The position requires a technical degree, 5+ years in automotive sales, and strong communication and negotiation skills. You will travel approximately 50% within the territory including South Carolina customers; CRM and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree minimum (technical preferred).
• 5+ years of sales or relevant experience in the automotive industry.
• Comprehensive understanding and expertise in value selling.
• Proficiency with CRM and business software programs.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales plan in line with business strategy to deliver sales growth and profitability targets.
• Manage territory to achieve high customer satisfaction by proactively addressing feedback and concerns.
• Assess customer needs, market dynamics and competitive landscape.
• Identify solutions, manage/close projects, cultivate growth opportunities and build pipeline.
• Execute pricing actions and build/maintain key customer relationships.
• Coordinate with technical team for line trials, cost savings, and issue resolution.
• Generate professional business proposals.
