Henkel is seeking aSenior Sales professional to drive growth in the Adhesive Technologies unit. You will execute sales plans, manage a South Carolina territory, and build strategic customer relationships to deliver profitability.

The role requires 5+ years in automotive sales, strong value-selling skills, CRM proficiency, and willingness to travel 50%+. You will collaborate with technical teams on trials and cost savings while delivering compelling business proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; technical preferred.
• 5+ years in automotive sales with a proven results track record.
• Strong understanding of value selling methodology.
• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and business software programs.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in account management and sales planning/documentation.
• Willing to travel at least 50%, territory SC.

Responsibilities
