Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, technical preferred.
• 5+ years in automotive sales with proven results.
• Strong value selling and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Willing to travel 50% within Indiana.
• Proficient with CRM and business software.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales plan to deliver sales growth and profitability targets.
• Manage territory to achieve high customer satisfaction and address concerns.
• Assess customer needs, market dynamics and competitive landscape.
• Identify solutions to address needs and build a sustainable pipeline.
• Coordinate with technical team for line trials and cost-saving opportunities.
