Job summary

VIP Auto Service of Vermont is seeking a Master Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain automotive systems. You will ensure safety, follow VIP processes, and deliver high-quality service to earn customers for life.

Responsibilities include performing ASE-aligned diagnostics across engine, transmission, electrical, and braking systems, maintaining a safe workspace, and upholding company policies and regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional customer care.

Qualifications

Read, analyze, and interpret technical instructions, journal and procedures, or governmental regulations.
Effectively explain vehicle information to customers, present and respond to questions from coworkers.
Diagnose and recommend solutions to basic automotive problems.
Interpret, understand, and apply instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Ability to successfully perform required types of automotive services listed above.

Responsibilities

Provide automotive systems diagnosis, repair, and maintenance services for customers, including ASE-covered systems.
Follow VIP safety and quality standards and complete all required training and certification.
