Job summary

You will follow VIP safety policies, manage work orders, and support the 5-for-5 customer engagement process while maintaining high productivity and quality standards. The role requires ASE readiness, continuous training, and adherence to municipal, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Read, analyze, and interpret technical instructions, journal and procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Explain vehicle information to customers, present and respond to questions from coworkers.
• Diagnose and recommend solutions to basic automotive problems.
• Interpret, understand, and apply instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Ability to successfully perform required types of automotive services listed above.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize workplace safety as #1 and follow safety policies.
• Provide diagnosis, repair, and maintenance on automotive systems (ASE A1–A8).
• Ensure a valid Service Work Order is initiated and displayed during service.
• Complete MPI prior to service and support the 5-for-5 Customer Engagement process.
• Return unused parts to the Desk Team after service; manage cores and tires as required.
• Maintain a minimum 16-week average productivity (Technician 80%; ASE 90%; Master Technician 100%).
• Follow VIP quality standards and complete required training and certifications.
• Participate in team meetings and safety programs as needed.
