3–5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or project management.
Hands-on configuration experience with Microsoft Power Platform is required.
Strong process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation skills, plus familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, healthcare, and AI technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead process transformation initiatives end to end, including discovery, assessment, design, implementation, and continuous improvement.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.
Mentor junior team members and support a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Map current- and future-state processes, develop SOPs, and translate business needs into clear requirements and project plans.
Work with platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow, Rippling, Power Platform, UiPath, and workflow automation tools.
Design robust ETL processes using Azure Data Factory, Microsoft SQL Server, and Databricks to support data integrity.
