Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Senior Automation & Business Process Analyst to lead end-to-end process improvement and automation initiatives across healthcare-focused operations. You will partner with stakeholders to map, design, and implement efficient workflows, configuring platforms and automation tools while mentoring teammates.

A flexible, remote-friendly environment with hybrid options is available across the United States.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management, or program management within technology-driven environments.
Experience working with customers or stakeholders; healthcare or consulting experience is preferred.
Hands-on configuration experience with workflow and business systems; Microsoft Power Platform experience required.
Strong process mapping, requirements gathering, documentation, and SOP creation abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end process transformation initiatives from discovery to adoption.
Map current- and future-state processes and develop SOPs and documentation for sustainable adoption.
Configure and optimize enterprise applications and automation tools based on project needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements and project plans.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
