Job summary

TechDigital Group seeks an experienced Business Analyst to drive a large-scale process automation program across a complex multi-system enterprise. The role focuses on extracting operator knowledge, mapping decisions to system events, AI decisions, or human actions, and owning the full UAT lifecycle.

You will elicit and document requirements, manage an Agile backlog, and craft user stories while reporting progress to operations leadership across US/India time zones.

Qualifications

• 12+ years BA experience on process automation or systems transformation programs.
• Ability to extract undocumented operator knowledge via interviews and observation.
• Experience classifying manual steps into system rule, AI decision, or human.
• UAT ownership: write, execute and sign off test cases.
• Knowledge of BMAD to author stories and backlog management.
• Able to read API specs and event flow diagrams to spot gaps.
• Strong written communication across US/India time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own requirements elicitation and documentation for automation initiatives.
• Manage Agile backlog and write user stories.
• Lead UAT strategy and full execution, including test case design and sign-off.
• Provide weekly stakeholder reports to operations leadership.
