Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in AI-driven solutions, automation initiatives, and Agile project delivery. This role will play a key part in driving digital transformation by identifying process optimization opportunities, defining requirements, and ensuring smooth implementation across AI and automation projects.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5+ years of experience, with exposure to software development environments and Agile methodology. A background that includes technical collaboration, automation tools, and AI solution enablement is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to define current-state processes and document detailed process flows and workflow diagrams.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and create high-quality functional documentation.
• Develop Agile user stories and manage requirements throughout the SDLC.
• Obtain stakeholder sign-off for requirements and ensure alignment across teams.
• Collaborate with Automation & AI leadership and technical teams to support solution design.
• Lead workshops focused on process optimization and customer experience improvements.
• Create testing strategies, coordinate UAT cycles, document feedback, and track defect resolution.
• Manage documentation repositories to support vendor collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Identify internal and external dependencies aligned with project timelines.
• Establish KPIs, measure business value, and demonstrate ROI of automation initiatives.
• Act as a change enablement partner to support smooth adoption of implemented solutions.
