Job summary

Cardamom is seeking a Senior Automation & Business Process Analyst to lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to map needs, design solutions, and drive adoption of automation within enterprise systems.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of analysis or project leadership experience in healthcare or consulting, strong Power Platform skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in business analysis, process improvement, or project management in a system/workflow context.
• Moderate configuration experience with workflow/tools; Microsoft Power Platform experience required.
• Ability to map current- and future-state processes and produce SOPs.
• Demonstrated project leadership from kickoff through adoption.
• Comfort handling ambiguity and adapting to various business areas.
• Willingness to learn new tools and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement and transformation projects end to end from discovery to adoption.
• Collaborate with internal/external customers to understand challenges and define requirements.
• Configure and tailor enterprise systems and tools for project needs.
• Develop robust ETL processes ensuring data stability and security.
• Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory standards and best practices.
