Page Mechanical Group, Inc. is seeking a Business Transformation Lead to design, build, and maintain Power Platform-centric automation and lightweight applications.

You will work with business teams to convert repetitive processes into durable automation solutions that improve productivity and control. You will collaborate with executives and stakeholders to prioritize opportunities, develop business cases, and ensure compliance and governance across Power Platform initiatives.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining Power Automate flows (auto, instant, scheduled).
• Experience with lightweight Power Platform apps, SharePoint Lists, Dataverse, and Power Automate integration.
• Ability to translate manual processes into automated designs and maintain documentation.
• Knowledge of governance, data access, security, and lifecycle management for low-code solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain Power Automate flows and approval workflows.
• Develop lightweight Power Platform apps and forms with Power Apps, SharePoint Lists, and Dataverse.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and update existing automations; document changes.
• Communicate with leadership to prioritize opportunities and provide executive-level status.
