Job summary

Jobgether SRL, listed on behalf of a partner, seeks an HRIS Analyst based in the United States for a fully remote role. You will own the HR technology ecosystem, including HRIS, ATS, analytics tools, and data integrations, delivering scalable, accurate workforce data and actionable insights.

You will combine hands-on administration with strategy, build self-service reporting in Tableau, and lead automation of manual processes.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in HR systems administration, HRIS, analytics.
• Multiplatform HRIS ownership and admin experience.
• Hands-on ATS experience (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever) or similar.
• Experience building HR analytics dashboards (Tableau or BI tools).
• Leadership of HRIS or HR tech implementation projects.
• SQL or data pipelines experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools for analytics and automation preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in IS/HR/Analytics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the full HR technology ecosystem (HRIS, ATS, analytics tools) and People tech.
• Administer HR platforms, maintain data integrity and access.
• Manage integrations and automate data entry to reduce manual work.
• Evaluate new HR technologies and make build-versus-buy decisions.
• Lead people analytics with dashboards covering headcount and trends.
• Develop self-service reporting to reduce ad-hoc requests.
• Ensure compliance data requests are supported and accurate.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, recruiting and leadership.
