Job summary

Jobgether SRL is partner-led and is seeking a Sr Manager, HR Systems & Operations based in the United States to lead HR technology, data, and workflows across payroll, benefits, and the full employee lifecycle.

This senior role blends hands-on systems expertise with people leadership, operational execution, and cross-functional partnership, driving automation and compliance while working with HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years progressive HR operations experience at Senior Manager level.
• 8+ years HRIS experience (UKG/ADP/Workday or similar).
• Strong HRIS administration, data management, reporting, integrations, and controls.
• 8+ years in HR operations functions, process execution, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day administration of HR systems, including configuration, user setup, training, access management, and permissions.
• Oversee HR technology portfolio covering HRIS, recruiting, learning, engagement, workforce planning, and compliance.
• Coordinate system integrations, testing, data-flow validation, and troubleshooting across HR and business apps.
• Maintain HR data integrity with reconciliations across HRIS, payroll, benefits, and Finance systems.
• Manage access controls, workflows, security protocols, and vendor escalations with IT and stakeholders.
• Maintain HR intranet resources including content, permissions, and navigation.
• Monitor system performance and coordinate timely resolutions with teams and vendors.
• Oversee new-hire onboarding data entry, I-9 verification, and cross-functional coordination.
• Manage offboarding processes including HRIS transactions, benefits, payroll coordination, and documentation.
• Coordinate immigration/work-authorization administration including renewals and milestones.
• Manage employee relocation processes with vendor coordination and reimbursements.
• Review and process employee action forms across HRIS and downstream systems.
• Administer required employee training programs with assignments and reminders.
• Document and maintain HR operations procedures for compliant execution.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and measure impact of improvements.
• Research and resolve HR system, policy, and records inquiries.
• Support benefits administration including enrollments and transitions.
• Produce recurring/ad-hoc HR reporting on headcount, hiring, turnover, payroll, and benefits.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools for HR and leaders.
• Conduct HR data audits and document findings.
• Partner with Total Rewards, Finance, Payroll and benefits teams on data validation.
• Maintain HR compliance requirements and deadlines across locations.
• Monitor federal/state/local employment rules and update systems accordingly.
• Coordinate labor-law postings across locations.
• Support audits and submissions including IT SOX controls and EEO-1.
• Collaborate with Legal on employment documentation and compliance.
• Represent HR Operations to senior stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the HR operations team with high service standards.
