Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Senior IT Systems Engineer to design and deliver complex automations and integrations for its AI-native platform. You will work as a technical peer across teams, defining patterns, and guiding security and compliance alongside engineers.

The role is fully remote within the United States, reporting to the Director of IT System Engineering. You will own monitoring, incident response, and vendor relationships while mentoring other engineers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in automation, integration, or IT systems engineering.
• Experience with AI-powered and agentic workflows is required.
• Hands-on delivery of business-critical automations and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design complex automations and integrations across core systems.
• Document and propagate best-practice approaches with risk/ tradeoffs.
