LRSolutions, LLC in Greater Milwaukee, WI seeks an Automation Maintenance Lead to own complex automation lines, robotic cells, and high-speed equipment. Direct-hire with three shifts available; starting pay up to $38/hr plus shift differentials, bonuses, profit sharing, and a full benefits package.

You will diagnose real-time mechanical/electrical/pneumatic issues, trace PLC faults on Allen‑Bradley or Siemens systems, and perform light fabrication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on industrial equipment maintenance.
• Automation & PLC diagnostic skills with I/O tracing.
• Proficient reading electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Stable work history with good attendance.
• Must reside within a 45-minute drive of Greater Milwaukee, WI.
• US citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident (Green Card).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose automated production lines with real-time mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic diagnostics.
• Interface with Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLCs to trace faults and clear stoppages.
• Trace schematics and drawings for emergency repairs and preventive maintenance sequences.
• Maintain fluid power systems including pneumatics and valves.
• Service AC/DC drives and power distribution up to 480V, motors and sensors.
• Perform light fabrication, welding, and modification of equipment.
