Job summary

Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking an Automation Maintenance Lead for a premier manufacturing facility in the Greater Milwaukee area. The role covers real-time diagnostics, PLC fault tracing, robotics, and high-speed processing equipment, with openings across all three shifts.

This direct-hire position offers up to $38/hour plus shift differentials and annual bonuses. You must have 3+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance, US work authorization, and a commute within 45

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on maintenance on high-speed production machinery or heavy automation.
• PLC diagnostic skills around automation equipment, I/O monitoring, and error tracing.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
• Strong attendance, safety focus, and long-term commitment.
• Local commute within 45 minutes of Greater Milwaukee, WI; US work authorization.
• Must be a United States citizen or green card holder.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose automated production lines with real-time diagnostics.
• Interface with Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLCs to trace faults.
• Trace schematics and drawings for repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain fluid power systems: pneumatics, valves, cylinders.
• Service AC/DC drives and power distribution up to 480V.
• Perform light fabrication and welding as needed.
