The role offers three shift options (1st, 2nd, 3rd) with competitive pay up to $38/hr, profit sharing, and a comprehensive benefits package. A stable, long-term career is emphasized.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years hands-on maintenance of high-speed production equipment.
• US work authorization (Citizen or Green Card).
• Residence within 45-minute daily drive of Greater Milwaukee, WI.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose automated production lines with real-time mechanical/electrical/ pneumatic diagnostics.
• Interface with Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLCs to trace faults and clear stoppages.
• Read electrical schematics, ladder logic, and mechanical drawings for repairs.
• Maintain hydraulic/pneumatic systems and fluid power components.
• Service AC/DC drives and power distribution up to 480V and high-speed motors.
• Perform light fabrication (welding) to modify equipment as needed.
