This direct-hire role offers choice of shifts, a high-autonomy shop floor culture, and competitive pay up to $38/hr with bonuses and full benefits. You will troubleshoot Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLCs, VFDs, robotics, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems, with a focus on uptime and safe electrical work up to 480V.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on maintenance of high-speed production machinery or heavy automation.
• Ability to diagnose and trace PLC I/O faults in automation lines.
• Proficiency reading electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose automated production lines with real-time diagnostics.
• Interface with Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLCs to trace faults and clear stoppages.
• Trace schematics and drawings to perform repairs and preventive maintenance sequences.
• Maintain fluid power systems including pneumatic valves and cylinders.
• Work with AC/DC drives and power distribution up to 480V, VFDs, sensors, and control circuits.
• Perform light fabrication and welding to adapt or repair equipment.
