Qualifications

• Minimum five years of related automation experience with HMI/SCADA/PLCs and control system design.
• Packaging and process controls in consumer products or life sciences preferred.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs and HMIs; familiarity with engineering software suites.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for installation and meetings.
• Bachelor of science in electrical, mechanical, or chemical engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design automation control systems, develop specifications and drawings for high-speed manufacturing.
• Lead software configuration, testing, commissioning, and start-up activities.
• Provide site start-up support and maintain client relationships.
• Troubleshoot packaging lines and process systems; support multiple projects with minimal supervision.
