Job summary

BW Design Group seeks a Sr. Controls Engineer to join our Control System Integration Practice.

You will design automation control systems, develop project specifications, and lead solution delivery for capital projects across consumer and process industries. The role involves hands-on PLC/SCADA programming, commissioning, and start-up support, with opportunities to work with clients and spread best practices across teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in automation and control system design (DCS/PLC/SCADA).
• Experience with consumer products, life sciences, or beverage industries preferred.
• Strong client interaction and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design automation control systems and develop project specifications and drawings.
• Participate in software configuration, testing, commissioning, installation and start-up.
• Lead project execution including PLC/SCADA programming and site start-up support.
• Maintain and grow client relationships.
• Troubleshoot packaging lines, process systems and software systems.
• Manage multiple project responsibilities with minimal supervision.
