Job summary

BW Design Group is seeking a Senior Controls Engineer to join our Control System Integration Practice. You will work with a team of industry experts, solving complex automation challenges for leading manufacturers and integrating high-speed processes.

The role requires hands-on PLC/SCADA experience, Ignition, and Rockwell/Allen-Bradley expertise, along with strong documentation and project management skills. Travel to sites for installation and start-up will be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in control systems and automation projects.
• Experience with PLC/SCADA design and documentation.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation solutions across project phases.
• Design control systems and create project drawings.
• Diagnose automation issues and interface with teams.
• Configure software/hardware per client specs.
• Program PLCs and HMI/SCADA systems
• Maintain project deliverables to schedule
• Support site installation and start-up
• Validate systems and ensure turnover to customer
