Job summary

BW Design Group in the United States is seeking an experienced Controls and Automation Lead to head projects for consumer products and industrial clients. You will design electrical control systems, program PLCs and HMIs, and collaborate with clients, engineers, and regional partners to deliver robust automation solutions and successful project execution.

This role emphasizes technically strong leadership, mentorship, and adherence to firm standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with related experience.
Ten+ years delivering automation solutions for industrial clients or consumer products.
Experience designing electrical control systems and programming automation systems for process applications.

Responsibilities

Lead controls and automation projects from concept to completion.
Manage proposals, estimates, schedules, resources, and client satisfaction.
Grow local and regional controls and automation business and maintain client relationships.
Mentor and develop technical professionals through training and feedback.
Coordinate with recruiting to hire automation professionals.
Provide quarterly reporting to office and regional partners.
