Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a senior test leader to oversee a team delivering system, regression, performance, and automation testing for federal solutions. You will translate requirements into testable objectives, design end-to-end programs, and drive performance analysis and defect reporting for program leadership.

Qualifications include 5+ years of testing experience, Agile experience (SAFe/ICAgile), and IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive clearance.

• 5+ years of experience in software testing across multiple testing types.
• Experience leading a test team on complex programs.
• Ability to translate requirements into test objectives and use cases.
• Proficient in Agile environments (SAFe/ICAgile).
• Hold IT-II Non‑Critical Sensitive clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of test specialists delivering system, regression, performance, and automation testing.
• Translate complex program requirements into clear, testable objectives and use cases.
• Develop and own the overall test strategy, schedules and analyses.
• Design and execute end-to-end test programs and assess performance against requirements.
• Build and maintain automated test cases using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator and Test Manager.
• Lead analysis of test output and defect data for government stakeholders.
• Recommend improvements to test cycles, plans and security reviews.
