The Master Technician will conduct comprehensive system diagnosis, manage service work orders, and collaborate with the service desk to ensure timely, accurate repairs and a safe customer experience.

Qualifications

Read, analyze, and interpret technical instructions, regulations.
Explain vehicle information to customers.
Diagnose and recommend solutions to automotive problems.
Interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Ability to perform the listed automotive services.

Responsibilities

Prioritize workplace safety and training compliance.
Diagnose, repair, and maintain automotive systems per ASE scopes (A1–A8).
Initiate Service Work Orders and display with the vehicle.
Complete MPI prior to service and support the 5-for-5 process.
Procure parts from Desk Team and return unused parts after service.
Maintain productivity targets and keep a clean shop.
Attend training sessions and participate in team meetings.
