Job summary

Classic Collision Georgetown Repair Center is seeking a dedicated estimator/customer service professional to guide customers from drop-off to vehicle delivery after repairs. You will prepare estimates for customers and insurers and coordinate with insurance partners to ensure a smooth claims process and exceptional experience.

This role emphasizes clear communication, organization, and attention to detail, focusing on quality repairs and strong customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
• CCC1 estimating system preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop-off to delivery.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with insurance companies to manage customer claims for the best experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair progress.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Performs quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
