Veros Credit, LLC is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist focusing on delinquent auto loan accounts, starting after 90 days. You will document collections activities using loan servicing software and ensure adherence to FDCPA and company policies.

You will negotiate repayment plans, help borrowers keep their vehicles, and perform skip tracing as needed. Strong communication, negotiation, and bilingual skills are highly valued in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the collections field, preferably in the subprime consumer lending industry.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply federal, state, and local collections regulations (FDCPA).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Follow and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as the FDCPA.
• Negotiate payment arrangements with borrowers, including offering suggestions as to how they can meet their obligations, propose alternative payment methods, and establish payment procedures.
• Assist borrowers in devising a strategy to allow them to keep their vehicle while meeting the obligations of the loan.
• Accurately and professionally document account information and collection activities.
• Utilize skip tracing tools and reference sources to identify and locate delinquent borrowers.
• Other duties as assigned.
