Veros Credit, LLC is hiring an Account Servicing Specialist to manage auto loan accounts 90+ days delinquent. You will negotiate payment arrangements, document activities, and ensure FDCPA compliance using loan servicing software.

The role requires 5+ years in collections and the ability to work with borrowers to resolve delinquencies. Applicants should be prepared to leverage skip tracing tools, communicate professionally, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in collections or debt recovery.
• Ability to read/apply FDCPA and related regulations.
• Experience negotiating payment arrangements with borrowers.
• Proficient in documenting collection activities and using servicing software.

Responsibilities

• Follow FDCPA and company policies while collecting on 90+ day delinquent auto loans.
• Negotiate payment plans and suggest options to help borrowers keep their vehicle.
• Document all actions accurately in loan servicing systems.
• Utilize skip tracing tools to locate delinquent borrowers and update records.
• Other duties as assigned.
