Job summary

Veros Credit, LLC in the United States seeks an Account Servicing Specialist (60 Days) to service auto loan accounts that are 60 days delinquent and document all collection activities using loan servicing software.

Responsibilities include negotiating payment arrangements, guiding borrowers to keep their vehicle, documenting actions professionally, and complying with FDCPA and applicable regulations. Candidates need 5+ years in collections and bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the collections field, preferably in subprime consumer lending.
• Reinstatements experience is a plus.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply FDCPA and other regulations.
• Professional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work flexibly and overtime as needed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow and ensure compliance with company policies and FDCPA.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and propose alternatives.
• Help borrowers develop a plan to keep their vehicle while meeting loan obligations.
• Document account information and collection activities accurately.
• Use skip tracing to locate delinquent borrowers.
• Other duties as assigned.
