Farm Family in Omaha is seeking a Senior Claims Representative to investigate, evaluate, negotiate and settle non-injury auto liability claims from our Omaha office; the role may also be filled at our Albany office. The position is 100% in-office, requires strong claims knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to manage complex case files with support from underwriters and management.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in claims or a customer‑focused role.
• Ability to obtain state licenses and maintain CE requirements.
• Strong business acumen and a focus on profitable outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate and settle non-injury auto liability claims.
• Analyze coverage, determine policy applicability and verify facts.
• Coordinate inspections, experts and third parties as needed.
• Maintain accurate hours worked and timesheets; may require overtime.
• Record claims activity and communicate with insureds and brokers.
