Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead actuarial analysts and consultants, oversee pricing studies, and partner with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver timely, high-quality insights. Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with 6 years of post-bachelor experience in statistical/actuarial analysis for commercial insurance.
• Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with 4 years experience in statistical/actuarial analysis for personal lines, 3+ years commercial insurance experience.
• ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society) required.
• Ability to coach, mentor, evaluate and provide training to professional staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants.
• Oversee actuarial analyses and pricing projects; ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients and communicate insights effectively.
• Manage team workload, training, and performance reviews.
