Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead pricing initiatives and mentor actuarial staff in a remote, nationwide setting. You will oversee actuarial analyses, coach analysts and consultants, and collaborate with internal and external clients to shape pricing strategies, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality insights.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area; 5 years post-bachelor experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on commercial insurance
• Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area; 3 years experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on personal lines insurance
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience
• ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society)
• Strong decision-making, leadership and motivational skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants across pricing projects
• Oversee actuarial analyses and support business decision-making with high-quality results
• Review work and ensure timely completion of projects
• Manage and train Actuarial Consultants and Analysts within the department
• Balance business results with constrained human capital and provide leadership
