Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead actuarial pricing initiatives and manage analysts/consultants. This remote role supports internal and external stakeholders across commercial auto.

The role requires ACAS/FCAS, 3+ years in commercial insurance pricing, strong leadership, and the ability to coach staff while delivering high-quality analyses. Remote-first with national scope, exceptions apply.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area and 5 years of post bachelor experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on commercial insurance OR Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area and 3 years experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on personal lines insurance
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience
• ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society)
• Requires strong decision-making, leadership and motivational skills
• Have a solid understanding of the market landscape
• Requires the ability to coach, mentor, evaluate and provide training, guidance and constructive feedback to professional staff

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships and manage actuarial projects
• Oversee and coach actuarial analysts and consultants
• Review work and ensure on-time delivery of pricing analyses
• Lead pricing strategy and client presentations
• Balance business results with staff development and accountability
