Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, seeks a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead pricing teams and drive analytics for commercial auto. This remote-first role involves coaching analysts, delivering pricing insights, and partnering with clients and stakeholders across diverse locations.

Ideal candidates will have ACAS/FCAS qualifications, strong pricing experience, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area and 6 years of post-bachelor experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on commercial insurance.
• Or Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area and 4 years experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on personal lines insurance, 3+ years commercial insurance experience.
• ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society)
• Requires strong decision-making, leadership and motivational skills
• Have a solid understanding of the market landscape
• Requires the ability to coach, mentor, evaluate and provide training, guidance and constructive feedback to professional staff

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants, providing coaching, training, and direction across pricing and analytical projects.
• Oversee actuarial analyses, support business decision-making, and ensure projects are completed on time and with high quality.
• Interact with internal stakeholders and external clients to build trusted relationships and communicate insights and recommendations.
