Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) for a remote role in the United States. You will lead actuarial pricing initiatives, coach analysts, and collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.

The role requires ACAS/FCAS or equivalent, strong leadership, and deep pricing expertise in commercial auto. Remote work is supported, with travel as needed for enterprise meetings.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area and 5 years of post bachelor experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on commercial insurance, or Graduate degree with 3 years experience in personal lines insurance.
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience
• ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society)
• Strong decision-making, leadership and motivational skills
• Understanding of the market landscape
• Ability to coach, mentor, evaluate and provide training to staff

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage actuarial pricing projects and pricing analyses for auto lines.
• Lead and coach Actuarial Analysts and Consultants across pricing projects.
• Review consultants' work and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Manage teams’ workload and time, balancing business needs with resources.
• Provide challenges to leadership and support staff development.
