Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is seeking a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead actuarial teams on pricing projects and client engagements. This remote role supports internal and external stakeholders across the US.

You will coach staff, oversee analyses, and ensure timely delivery with high quality. The role requires ACAS/FCAS progress, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of commercial auto pricing.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with 5 years post bachelor actuarial analysis in commercial insurance.
• Graduate degree with 3 years in personal lines insurance.
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience.
• ACAS required.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants.
• Oversee analyses and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Interact with internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Coach, mentor and train staff in actuarial practices.
