Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is recruiting a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) for a remote position. You will lead actuarial analysts and consultants, guiding pricing and analytical projects while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires ACAS and extensive experience in commercial auto pricing, with a focus on executive leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics or actuarial science with 5 years of post-bachelor experience in commercial insurance.
• Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area.
• A CCS/ACAS certification and 3+ years of commercial insurance pricing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants across pricing projects.
• Oversee actuarial analyses and support business decision-making.
• Coach and mentor staff, providing training and feedback.
• Manage project timing and client relationships for pricing strategies.
• Balance business results with efficient use of human capital.
