Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) for a remote-friendly role. You will lead actuarial analysts and consultants, guiding pricing projects and client interactions.

The role emphasizes coaching, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering high-quality analyses on commercial auto pricing, with strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking expected.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area and 6 years of post-bachelor experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on commercial insurance
• Or Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area and 4 years experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on personal lines insurance, 3+ years commercial insurance experience
• ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society)
• Requires strong decision-making, leadership and motivational skills
• Have a solid understanding of the market landscape
• Requires the ability to coach, mentor, evaluate and provide training, guidance and constructive feedback to professional staff

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants with coaching and direction.
• Oversee actuarial analyses to support business decisions and ensure timely, high-quality results.
• Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and clients; communicate insights.
• Manage human resources functions including recruiting and performance appraisals.
• Review work and oversee successful completion of projects within deadlines.
• Train and mentor staff; balance resources and workload.
