Job summary

Novogradac is a national accounting and consulting firm seeking a Senior Accountant to manage audit and attest assignments, while supervising staff, strengthening client relationships, and increasing profitability within the Tax/Audit practice.

The role focuses on audit engagements, developing technical expertise, and contributing to firm growth. CPA progress and willingness to travel domestically are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA track a plus.
• 2–3 years public accounting experience.
• CPA exam progress or completed is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete audit and/or attest projects for designated clients with minimal oversight.
• Conduct thorough engagement reviews and manage increasing responsibility.
• Develop, strengthen and maintain client relationships with professionalism and responsiveness.
• Supervise and mentor Staff Accountants; work toward CPA license.
