The role emphasizes technical audit expertise within the Firm’s Tax/Audit practice and opportunities to contribute to profitability.

The ideal candidate has a CPA-eligible background, strong accounting knowledge, and excellent communication skills to support diverse clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA exam considered a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting and auditing rules.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Ability to supervise Staff Accountants and mentor teammates.

Responsibilities

• Complete audit and attest projects for designated clients with minimal oversight.
• Conduct engagement reviews and manage engagement risk.
• Develop client relationships through professionalism and service.
• Research and analyze data to compile reports and recommendations.
• Assist in improving team profitability and time management.
• Mentor Staff Accountants and progress toward CPA licensure.
