Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA license preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in public accounting.
• Expert understanding of GAAP and US auditing standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong judgment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, staff, time engagements and resolve technical issues with minimal oversight.
• Oversee completion of engagements and identify problem areas for timely solutions.
• Supervise and mentor Supervisors, Senior Accountants and Staff, guiding professional development.
• Assist Principals and Partners with identifying and pursuing new clients; grow client relationships.
