Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery in the United States is seeking a Senior Analyst, Audience and Content Analytics to help CNN understand how its journalism performs, why audiences engage with it, and how insights can inform content strategy across platforms.

You will work with Editorial, Audience Strategy, Product, Social, Programming, and Revenue teams to translate data into actionable recommendations, supporting coverage decisions, growth, and business priorities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in content analytics, audience analytics, digital analytics, business intelligence, data science, or a related analytical field.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale digital content and audience datasets.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations and insights for business, editorial, or leadership audiences.
• Experience applying analytical frameworks, benchmarks, measurement approaches, or recurring methodologies to answer business questions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate, actionable analysis in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Content Performance Analysis & Strategy: Analyze content performance across topics, storylines, formats, platforms, and audience segments to identify drivers of reach, engagement, loyalty, and business value.
• Measurement & Methodology: Develop scalable frameworks, benchmarks, and analytical approaches for evaluating content performance over time, across platforms, and against audience expectations.
• Stakeholder Partnership & Communication: Present findings and recommendations to editorial, product, audience, and business stakeholders in clear, decision-focused formats.
