Job summary

You will work with Editorial, Audience Strategy, Product, Social, and Revenue teams to inform coverage, growth, and distribution strategies. The role requires 2+ years in analytics, strong SQL, and the ability to turn data into actionable insights for multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in content analytics, audience analytics, digital analytics, business intelligence, data science, or a related analytical field.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale digital content and audience datasets.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations and insights for business, editorial, or leadership audiences.
• Experience applying analytical frameworks, benchmarks, measurement approaches, or recurring methodologies to answer business questions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate, actionable analysis in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze content performance across topics, storylines, formats, platforms, and audience segments to identify drivers of reach, engagement, loyalty, and business value.
• Translate complex audience and content data into clear, actionable recommendations that inform editorial planning, programming, distribution, experimentation, and investment decisions.
• Provide timely, decision-oriented insights during major news events and other high-priority business moments.
• Develop scalable frameworks, benchmarks, and analytical approaches for consistent evaluation of performance over time, across platforms.
• Present findings and recommendations to editorial, product, audience, and business stakeholders in clear, concise formats.
