Job summary

Mondrian Alpha is seeking a Senior Atlassian Engineer to shape, scale, and modernize its enterprise technology platform. You will own Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence, driving automation, AI-native workflows, and integrated processes across global teams to improve collaboration and operations.

You will work closely with IT leadership to design complex service desk and HR/workflow automation, migrate from Data Center to Cloud with minimal business disruption, and promote governance,

Qualifications

• 5+ years administering, developing, or architecting Jira/JSM/Confluence in enterprise environments.
• Experience migrating Jira/Confluence from Data Center to Cloud with planning and cutover.
• Hands-on with JSM/ITSM best practices, complex service workflows, SLAs & routing.
• Experience building HR and enterprise service workflows, including CMDB and integrations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
