Job summary

1Password is seeking a Senior Atlassian Administrator to own the Jira and Statuspage platforms across engineering and business teams. You’ll architect, configure, govern, and ensure day-to-day health while enabling AI-driven workflows and scalable governance.

You’ll collaborate with IT, security, product, and engineering to deliver compliant, streamlined Atlassian solutions, and help shape a safer, more productive digital environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Jira administration in a large-scale enterprise.
• Deep experience with Atlassian Cloud Enterprise ecosystem and sandbox environments.
• Deep expertise in Jira configuration: workflows, issue types, permissions, notifications, custom fields, screens, components.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture, configuration, governance, and day-to-day health of Jira and Statuspage across engineering and business orgs.
• Partner with multiple teams to design Atlassian platform solutions that fit how people work.
• Participate in cross-functional governance to balance platform integrity with evolving business needs.
